Amoxicillin Soluble Powder 30%
An effective oral antibiotic for the treatment of infections caused by amoxicillin-sensitive bacteria in poultry, swine, calves, and lamb.
Composition
Each gram contains:
- Amoxicillin: 300mg
- Carrier ad: 1 gram
Indications
For the treatment of respiratory, urinary, skin, and soft tissue infections caused by amoxicillin-sensitive gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria such as Campylobacter, Clostridium, Corynebacterium, E. coli, Erysipelothrix, Haemophilus, Pasteurella, Salmonella, penicillinase-negative Staphylococcus, and Streptococcus spp. in poultry, swine, calves, and lamb.
Dosage and Administration
For oral administration:
- Poultry: 0.2-0.3g/kg of body weight for 5 days; or 100g per 500kg of drinking water for 3-5 days.
- Swine: 100g per 300kg of feed, or 100g per 3000kg of drinking water for 5-7 days.
Precautions & Warnings
- Use as soon as possible after mixing with drinking water.
- Do not use during the laying period.
- For Veterinary Use Only.
- Keep out of reach of children.
Withdrawal Period
- Poultry: 7 days
- Swine: 7 days
Storage & Shelf-life
- Store in a dry place, sealed, and protected from light.
- Shelf-life: 2 years.
