Enrofloxacin 10% Oral Solution
A broad-spectrum antibacterial oral solution for the treatment and control of bacterial infections in poultry.
Composition:
Each ml contains Enrofloxacin 100 mg.
Indications
Enrofloxacin 10% Oral is highly effective against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, as well as Mycoplasma. It is indicated for the treatment of:
- Chronic Respiratory Disease (CRD) caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum.
- Colibacillosis caused by Escherichia coli.
- Fowl Cholera caused by Pasteurella multocida.
- Salmonellosis caused by Salmonella spp.
- Infectious Coryza caused by Avibacterium paragallinarum.
Dosage and Administration
For oral administration via drinking water.
Poultry: 1 ml per 2 liters of drinking water for 3-5 consecutive days. In severe cases like Salmonellosis, the treatment can be extended to 5-7 days.
Medicated water should be the only source of drinking water during the treatment period. Prepare fresh medicated water daily.
Withdrawal Period
- For meat: 7 days
- For eggs: Not to be used in birds producing eggs for human consumption.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry, and dark place, below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
