On the farm

Storage matters. Keep the container closed, out of direct sunlight and away from feed and drinking troughs, and never decant into unlabelled bottles.

Keep a written treatment log — animal or pen identity, date, dose and the person who administered it. Buyers and auditors increasingly ask to see it.

Regulatory and safety notes

Use only under the direction of a qualified veterinarian, and observe the withdrawal period applying in your country before milk or meat enters the food chain.
